Documents Required for Making Withdrawals
Proof of ID
Any government-issued form of ID, such as a national ID card, a driving license or an international passport will suffice. It should have a clear photograph and a signature and should be without cut-off edges. It should also be valid and not near its expiry and in color.
Proof of Address
Documents that are issued in your name and also include your address, such as a bank statement, or a utility bill like water, electric, or gas is acceptable. It should be in color and the issue date should be within the last three months.
Credit Card
When using a credit card for making deposits, a copy of the card has to be provided for it to be used for withdrawals. You only have to provide a copy once for every card and is not needed for every withdrawal, as long as the same card is in use. A copy will be needed in case you switch cards.

A colored copy of the front of the card is required, with only the first and last four digits of the card visible. You are free to hide the remaining 8 digits for security reasons. Likewise, a colored copy of the back of the card is also needed, which shows the signature strip. However, you should cover the CVV2, which is the 3 digit number on the back.
You will not have any problems when submitting your documents, as they only have to be uploaded via the cashier. It is only a one-time requirement, unless you change any of your personal information, such as name, address or more, or you switch a payment method, or decide to use a new credit card.
